Ed Choice Letters:

Hopefully in the next day or two you will be receiving your acceptance letter from Ed Choice. This process is NOT complete until you sign this letter and turn it in to Mrs. Shapiro to import into the Ed Choice system. Not turning this letter in will indicate that you do not wish to have the Ed Choice scholarship. If you have any questions, please call Mrs. Shapiro at 351-7777 on Wednesday-Thursday 9:00 - 3:00; Friday 9:00 - 1:00. Thank you.

FACTS Payment Forms:

If you have already submitted your FACTS payments forms to the school office, thank you. If you have not, please forward them before Tuesday, July 20th. If you would like to appeal your FACTS assessment please e-mail Yoel Goldman at jgoldman(at)chs-corp(dot)com as soon as possible.Thanks very much.

Calendar Information:

Dear CHDS Families,
We are making wonderful progress on this year's calendar campaign, which the school will be dedicating to the Schwartzbaum family upon their departure to Israel! More details to follow next week. Thank you so much to those who have been canvassing Cincinnati to bring in these important funds! If you need additional hard copies of the soliciation materials, they are available in the school's lobby. You will also find PDF's of the same are attached. Attached are the flyer for the school calendar and the corporate sponsor's contract.
